Does the organization have a clergy sexual abuse policy in place? If yes, where can this policy be found (provide URL, mailing address if a copy must be requested, etc.)?
Our Safe Congregation page located at www.uua.org/safe includes in the related content the following:

A link to the UUMA Ethical Standards section of the UUMA Code of Conduct which specifically states: I will not engage in sexual contact, sexualized behavior or a sexual relationship with any person I serve as a minister.

A link to the Ministerial Fellowship Committee’s rules and procedures is also provided in the related contents section.

How/where can victims or members of the congregation find out about the policy and proper procedures for reporting abuse? Is there a specific person or office to contact?
That information is the 1st link listed on our safe congregation page (www.uua.org/safe).

The direct link is http://www.uua.org/safe/misconduct/index.shtml.

Complaints go through the Intake person for the Office of Ethics and Safety, Heather Bond, who is listed on the Safe Congregation Page.
